I ordered a free or discounted book but haven't received it yet. What do I do?

Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your free or discounted book before contacting us. If you received an order confirmation, we have your order details and are working on fulfilling it as quickly as we can. Fulfillment time varies based on demand and fluctuations in inventory. If you have not received your book after 10 business days, please email kelijo@waterhousepress.com.

 

I ordered a LuvBooks subscription box. When will I be billed for the next box?

When you subscribe, you are automatically billed for the first box. You will not be billed again until just prior to receiving the subsequent box and from that point on, roughly every 90 days.

 

Can I order a single LuvBooks Box?

To ensure we can order an appropriate amount of books and goodies for each quarter's mailing, we require subscriptions at this time. Single box purchases are not available.

 

When will my card be charged for the LuvBooks Box?

Your card will be charged immediately at checkout. If you are already subscribed, your card will be charged on March 9th, 2020 (for the March Box) and June 9th (for the June Box). If you wish to cancel, please be sure to cancel before these dates to avoid charges on your card.

 

When will my box ship?

The LuvBooks Box ships quarterly. The March box will ship on March 19th. The June box will ship June 19th and the September box will ship on September 17th.

Are all the LuvBooks store books autographed?

Most books can be purchased autographed and each product listing will note whether autographed options are available. Meredith Wild books are personalized and hand-signed. Because our authors live all over the US, all other autographed book purchases include a bookplate(s) signed by the author. Some discounted book bundles can be purchased without autographs.

 

Where is my stuff? 

Please reference your tracking number provided at checkout. All mail is shipped via USPS. If you still have not received your order after 7 business days, please contact Keli Jo at kelijo@waterhousepress.com.

 

How do I manage my subscription? 

You can access your Customer Portal through your Shopify account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Subscriptions tab, click the Cancel link next to the subscription order you would like to cancel. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason.

 

 

How do I update my billing information?

In the Billing Information tab you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. However, this is not the same as the shipping address. You would edit the address in this section if your billing address has changed or if you need to update your email address. 

 

How do I skip a box?
Once logged in, click on Delivery Schedule on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would click Unskip next to the order.

 

 

I want to change my subscription to the LuvBooks Bag/Box. How do I swap subscriptions?

Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab to view the current subscription products. On the far right, you can select Swap and select the replacement product.
